Next Step in my Tournament Poker Evolution ...... ?

I've been playing poker for 2 years now and have about 8 months of playing tournament poker...

I've read

Harington on Hold'em volumes 1 and 2
How to Win No Limit Hold'em Tournaments
Championship Hold'em Tournament Hands
Tournament Poker for Advanced Players

I try to play as many tournments as I can a day and usually stick to the basic strategy guild he provides in volume one varying my raises, calls, folds according to that guide.

Tournaments I play range from $1 - $10 and $3 - $5 Rebuys.
About 5-10 a day . Sometimes 2-3 at a time.

I've had 2 big wins on pacific pokers 15K guarantee, and 1 $20 sit and go (180 Players)

some other usful info

Out of 214 tournaments with an average of 1046 players my average finish is 387.36 making the money 24.77% with a return on investment of (-12.02)

Aggression factor of 1.08 including preflop numbers

I'm not sure if this is enough background information, but my question is what can I do to better my results, and take the next step in my tournament poker play.

I am trying to build a bankroll in order to play bigger events, currently at $1000.

Thanks for any help ...

Be more aggressive, 25% ITM is too much
