There has been a lot of discussion here and in the zoo about this new forum. A lot of people are upset that BW bonuses can be discussed but other affiliates cannot. I wanted to make a couple of comments on that.

As Jek stated in a separate thread in the zoo, the standard bonuses offered by pokerrooms, casinos, and sportsbooks account for 99% of the bonuses. We are still free and able to discuss any/all of these.

So now we are arguing over a fraction of the remaining 1%. If we allowed all of these to be discussed, the forums would turn into a SPAMBOARD. None of these have ever been allowed to be posted on. However, the BW specials are now excluded. We are talking about a very small fraction of all bonuses here, and I think we owe it to Jek, who has put in a lot of time and money, this small percentage.

Also note that in no way is anybody being mislead. It is very clear that other bonuses exist and users are free to search and utilize these bonuses on their own.

Once again, let me reiterate. Very little BW bonuses are going to be discussed here anyways. Other affiliates were never allowed to be discussed in the past also. The sky is not falling. And for those of us who whore, this is a good opportunity to filter out the Party is Rigged and Bots are live posts from the zoo. We have a place where we can discuss and help each other become better whores. Use this forum.

This is simply not true. Affiliate bonuses have always been able to be discussed, just not spammed.

I don't see the point of this forum either. It's just one more forum that needs to be checked regularly to get a heads-up on reloads. Have to check the zoo, for bonii not allowed by BW, have to check here, have to check BW Poker Bonus Questions, BW Poker Bonus Discussion. WTF the difference between the questions and the discussion forums is on BW I don't know either. All this serves to do is make some information repeated over and over while other information might be diluted or missed completely. This forum especially is a pointless addition, altho now i HAVE to check it in case it's the one place a certain bonus gets posted.
