What is my line here? Villain seemed to be a solid tight player. He hasn't done anything special in 15 minutes I played with him. What do you think about my play on each street? And main question: what should I do on the river?

This flop bet could be a little bigger, aside from that it looks fine
This river is a fold if I'm against a solid player that I know is solid, but with villain john doe this is a call.
