Carroll Dawson has done an excellent job in Houston, completely remaking the team, trading for Tracy McGrady, and filling in the missing pieces. It's not really his fault that injuries + poor performance have held the team back. He has added the correct pieces at every juncture. Hopefully it will come together soon.

[/ QUOTE ]The only possible way adding McGrady is a plus, is when you trade Francis for him. Both are ball hogs, and neither will lead his team to anything promising.

So what if he's a ball hog? the team is much better with him than if many other peopel were in his place.
