Party lost my check

Cashed out a 2K from Party using the 25$ FedEx option last week. First time I tried this.

Got a call this morning, they lost my check and will be putting a stop on it and redepositing the $ back in my account.

I also just realized, didn't notice on the phone (the call actually woke me up so I wasn't all there), that the amount the support guy mentioned didn't include the 25$ fee. On principle, I better get that refunded too.

Anyone have this problem?

This is the second time I was due to get something from Party through FedEx and the second time it ends up getting lost (last time it was some gear).

Sorry dude, I looked everywhere for your house but you must live underground or something because I couldn't find your address anywhere!

Just got my refund, the 25$ charge was indeed missing.

I emailed Party, I'll see if it goes anywhere.

Surely they should be giving you a little extra to compensate as well?

I am having a nightmare with Party at the moment.

I have been trying to cash out $1000 for the last week, but its always pending and always available for reverse cashout. My last cashout took 10 days, and this one is approaching a week. I have e-mailed them three times without a reply. They told me a while back to scan my passport and send them the image (despite the fact the money has been hitting my bank within 2 days for the last year without it) and I have done that, but still nothing. I am withdrawing to a Switch card btw. Anyone else?
