But it doesnt mean he doesnt have 77 or QT or A8c or 89 etc!

I think U should fold against an unknown, how many worse 1 pair hands will miniraise U in this spot? In most cases I think U are looking at a split pot at best. Q plus straight draw(more likely given the action)/flush draw will probably push if he/she decides to semibluff. Dont U think?
