800 in 30 days Challenege
 

I am about to embark on a challenege to play 800 Party SnG's (400 22's, 400 33's) in 30 days. I am only 3-4 tabling so this should be a decent goal as I am not playing for a living...yet.

My challenege starts on Sunday, July 24. I will post 6 updates in 5 day increments. If anyone would like to join me in this little challenge send me a PM I would like someone to chat with during this task.

BTW I am pretty new to SnG's I am wrapping up my first 500 22's and I am sitting around 9% ROI, so for this challenge I hope to finish between 10%-12% ROI and 36% ITM.

Stop "hoping" anything now or you'll never be able to make a living doing this.

40 games takes 7-8 hours playing 4 at time continuously (not in sets). You should be able to meet your games-played goal easily.

I need motivation and have been getting raped in the 55s+.

I will do this with you but will start a day earlier.

I may have to play more than 4 tables for part of this quest b/c I have a full time job and doing this straight up 4 tabling might be too difficult.

Why not just move up to 33s instead of doing half 22s and half 33s.

I'll join you. I'm already playing a ton anyway before starting work.

Wow, that was my motivation to stop my challenge of 700 in 7 days just 77 into it (alot of 7s). Not the losses (around $110 lol) but the bad beats were just p!ssing me off. Shooting for xx sngs a day sucks, the "play when you feel like it, don't when you don't" approach suits me better.

BTW to the OP, your challenge is 5hrs of work a day.

I'm in, but my 30 days will start on Aug 1st, since I have to take the bar exam next tues and wed and then move on thurs and friday. Gonna shoot for 800 in 30 days 4 tabling, but my games take more time..

Oh yeah, and I'll be on Stars. i'm so friggen difficult sometimes [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]

I'm in. I will be slummin it at the $11s. I'll be gone for 5 days during this stretch so it'll be tough, but I'll give it my best.

No ROI goal for me. I'm doing this to get a better feel for the bubble. So my goal over the 800 is to keep the donk busts to a minimum (whatever that means???). And to not throw anything, which has been very hard over the past few days [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
