Pokertracker delivery...
 

Paid for a registration number nearly a week ago. I was told that it would arrive within 24hrs. Sent them 2 emails, no response.

Is this a normal waiting period? Getting pretty po'ed with this company.

if its one thing that pat is known for it's service. that's def too long to wait. try sending a pm on the pt forum page.

I guarantee it's a problem on your end. Go to www.pokertracker.com, go to the forums and make a post there.

As I said, I guarantee it's something on your end that the problem is so don't be a dick when you post there because you'll only look like an ass in the end.

I had to get a new registration code because I switched drives, and he e-mailed me not a half hour with a new code after I had done the switch. That was Tuesday. It's definitely a problem on your end.
