gyration mouse

before I ask what I intended, I have a quick quesion. When you are referring to a computer mouse, is the plural still mice?

Anyways, sometimes when I put in a long session my fingers will become stiff/uncomfortable. I was thikning about investing in a gyration mouse i can just sit back, point at the screen and fold away.

Does anyone have any reviews/recommendations/prices?

Thanks,

GS

I love it. I have two batteries, one to play with while the other charges for 24 hours. It is great. I would say that I only use it as a "pointer mouse" maybe 2-5% of the time, but it is great to have that option.

I [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] mine. I think I paid like $70 for it, but it was probably a year ago....money well spent, imho.

Yeah, this is what I use for limit. Recently, however I have switched to NL SNG's, is there a similar program/script that would allow me to use this for NL?

i use the two handed script for NL. i use two monitors and need to press the alt key to get to the second monitor. i edited the script so that the funtion keys five thro nine do the actions so that i can hit the action keys while keeping my thumb on the alt key. i originally edited the script so that the functions 1-5 did the actions as i need to be able to type numbers in notes.

I think the Gyration mouse is worthwhile. I struggle with it sometimes if I happen to pick up a hand on 3 or 4 tables at the same time but I keep two other mice connected and just reach for one of them when the action gets heavy. I use the Gyration for a lot web surfing, giving my aching mouse hand a rest. I can even use it left handed.

I bought the package deal with the mouse and keyboard ... mouse is very good, keyboard sucks – key presses frequently don’t “take” – I type away and look up to see that a whole lot of letters are missing ... the manual says to move it away from the monitor or computer if that happens ... uhhh
