So who else got a short check from UB
 

I got my Fedex from Excapsa network this morning. It is $28 short from what I had in my Pokershare account. Doubtless, the bank (Bank of America) took some % for writing the check and then they took out the Fed Ex fee. So I covered all the costs of them closing my account then getting my own money.

Lying thieving fee taking business stealing excuses for poker site operators.

Ultimate Bet has also refused to honor any bonus I had outstanding with Pokershare should I transfer my account there (I never had one).

Once again, a pokersite has screwed it's players.

May they go out of business.

I havent got my $1500. I will never never ever play on another excapsa site including UB for the way they handled this. Anybody got a email add for Excapsa ?

Yeah,
I imagine if Excapsa is letting BoA gouge player funds by a % fee, some players who had 10's of thousands could be charged hundreds of dollars. Luckily in my case it were only a few thousand $ in question.

This just sickens me that they can get away with this. The only way it will ever stop is if someone can make things like this prohibitively expensive to pull off. But that would take organization and 2+2r's are apparently just too willing to backstab each other and just go where the fish are without regard to the whole group's best interests.

UB will never be boycotted. The players with accounts at both UB and pokershare will just go back to UB. I am dreaming if I think it could be otherwise.

I wonder why MSunshine never took Dutch Boyd to court.

I just got my check and it was a little more than what I had in my account. I read somewhere this was for ultimate points. I agree that not giving players their full account balance is terrible, but is far better than what could have happened.

I also agree with your point about the boycott. UB will not be boycotted. I have talked to several players who are pissed off about this whole pokershare thing yet said they will return to play at UB. I will not play there ever again even though it was probably my favorite site in terms of software and games.

I'd be really effing pissed off if they charged me to send me my funds; especially if I deposited electronically. Sounds like total BS to me.

I got my check, slightly more than what I had in my account too. I don't blame Pokershare. I like the UB software. I may or may not continue to play there.

I got a check from them yesterday and it was for a little more than what I had in the account there before. I'll be sure to cash it today.

how sure are you that you got less than in your account? all other reports i've heard are the exact amount or slightly over the exact amount.

Mine had UB on it also. I thought we sent our money to Pshare--how did UB get it? Who is Excapsa and how are they related to UB? Who do I complain to about this debacle? Did affiliates get paid? What assurances can UB/Excapsa give us that they won't cut off N. Americans today?

UB was VERY good to me years ago but I will be at what I perceive to be less risky sites until this mess is explained.

Got my Fedex check today little more then what I had in there. looks like ub points were paid out 1UB = about .004

Better than no check, I havent received mine. The FedEx tracking number they gave me claimed it was delivered Thursday and just left on my front door. Well no envelope in site and now I am going through the tedious tasks of contacting FedEx, contacting PokerShare, going around asking my neighbors if it was delivered to them and looking around my house just incase it got blown away from the door. So this situation completely sucks.

You must be worried. My guess is they attempted to deliver and it's sitting at your local FedEx office. That happened to me once. Hope you get it soon.

Hubby got his yesterday. Fed Ex had come on thursday but we missed the delivery so we left a note to leave it over the fence which they did. Amount seems correct without anything taken out [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

Do you live in an apartment complex? Something similar once happenned too me with a package I was expecting, and it turned out they had delivered it to the front office and did not leave a note. If you live in an apt. complex, check the office.

Finally got my money today in my neteller account. It was atleast $30 more than what I remember having in my account and I only had a couple thousand ultimate points.
