1/4 way done with the NFL season, who do you like this year?

I think this is the year that we finally see Payton Manning in a Superbowl. Their defense is absolutely sick this year, and the pats are too beat up. This is their year IMO.

and to think I was laughed at for being angry I couldn't make my bet on the Giants over 6.5 season wins...

This better be their year, I don't think they have many left.

Yeah, I like Indy and Philly. Maybe Pittsburgh. Cowher is a hell of a coach.

The Bengals are having a breakout year. The Seahawks are going to run away with their division, because their competition is pathetic. The Colts are going to run away with their division cuz they're awesome. Pittsburgh's getting in the playoffs. NE should get in the playoffs, they're NE. The rest is a mess, the AFC West has too many good teams, the NFC North has a lot of bad ones, NFC South also has a few good teams. If the Eagles are healthy, they walk over their division, but who knows?

The Hawks won't win a playoff game. The Bengals are good, but they won't beat Pitts or Indy when it counts. They're not ready yet.

Bengals are good, but their schedule has been like a list of Division II schools: Browns, Vikings, Bears and Texans.

Indy is the most balanced and is the clear favorite. Pittsburgh is tough, but Ben is not good enough yet. San Diego has the offense, but their defense is lacking.

The NFC sucks and whoever comes from it will get beat in the SB.

It's *always* their year.

I never said the Hawks would win a playoff game. In the NFC, I think (or hope) they have a shot taking down a superior team at home in a one-game playoff.

I simply said they would run away with their division, and when you realize their division is made up of the Cardinals, 49ers, and Rams respectively, you're definitely thinking the Seahawks are capable of winning that division by 3 or more games.

And this year, the Colts look good, but we won't know until they go into New England, they go into Cincinatti, they have Pittsburgh come to town. The Chargers can beat any team in the league when they give the ball to LT, the Jags are tough, and the Seahawks shouldn't be a complete pushover at home.

And New England is pretty beat up, and it's starting to show this year, unlike last year. Still, you gotta respect what they've done.

No worries, its just that I thought we were talking about Super Bowl teams.
