what do we think of a check/call w/o a read? it is a runner-runner gutshot to the straight. (unless, of course, he has JT or hit 2pair)

What hands does he raise the river with that you beat?

I tend to do a lot of check-calling in the heat of the moment, but I find that I end up missing a bunch of value bets and I'm pretty sure it's a leak.

maybe even ace jack or king jack
