i would bet the flop...
i would bet the river, i think its more likely to get called by a pair then induce a bluff from a missed flush draw...

I think your missing value by checking the river. I've yet to see someone hit AAA on a safe board an not raise the turn. I think you also have to bet the river because the guy that is all in could very well have an A.
