I remember Jeff Shulman saying in one of those web videos or audio that they had many plans for future expansion to be a broader media source.

They're getting enough money together to mount a hostile takeover bid for 2+2 Publishing. The reason it will be hostile, is that the offer will be for $1 less than the EV of offering the company on the open market.
