Too aggressive? Any suggestions?

EmpirePoker $15K Guaranteed. 90 Players Remain. Top 30 make the money. Blinds 50/100. Next level 75/150 in 1 minute.

A fairly tight table. In fact, no one had called any of my preflop raises to this point.

UTG+2 with T1410 left. Was this a reasonable play or should I have raised to T350 and then folded to the two all-ins behind me?

In this situation, with 7 players to act, what is the probability of AQo being the best hand?
