I'm no Omaha expert, but I know enough to know that both you and that karter guy should have mucked pre-flop. Yeah, you wanted to show everyone your hand, but what was he thinking?!

Just Joking.
I know nothing about Omaha but if you can lose dealt AAAA then I think its the stupidest game in the world, LOL.

maybe we need a special Omaha rule...

Like if you get dealt 4 of a kind, you get to play all four cards and take the quads...LOL

Re: A Tournament Hand not to be Believed

The following is very true:

I should have mucked the hand. But there was no way I was going to. No one would have ever believed it.

I also am beginning to think that a game that you can lose to 4 nines with 4 Aces is a pretty weird game. Must think closely about that. However, 2 ACES loses to 72o all the time in hold em...also strange???

2 ACES loses to 72o all the time in hold em

I didn't know "all the time" meant 12.4% of the time.

I need a new dictionary.

Re: Strange Definition

So the lack of a straight possibility is about 12.4%. Most undercards to an overpair are 15-85 dogs.

Re: Strange Definition

That's probably it. I ran it on two dimes where the aces and the 72 are all different suits.
