Any \"pokertracker\" for stud?
 

Are there such programs for stud (5, 7, 7hi/lo)? Maybe not as complex as PT but good enough to track sessions and see what hands earns you the most and such. Via log importing that is, not maual input.

If not, is there an intrest in such program? I currently use my own software for this, but might rewrite it and expand it and make it work for all popular sites (it is prima only right now).

Nothing currently exists and the writers of PT for hold'em and Omaha don't seem to have any plans for making one for stud any time soon. But I can tell you that there is definite interest for such a program.

If you can write it and its good, I'd buy it. I'm sure that there are a bunch of other peopple who would too.

As I wrote, I already have a working copy, lets call it a "prototype" of what will be later, it will be completly rewritten. My friend is currently working on the parser and I on the GUI. Doesn't mean anything will ever be released but still... Here are some pics (the gui was made in 2004, long before I started with stud, so not very stud friendly):

As I said before, it will be completley rewritten, prolly won't even look like it at all.

Looks promising. Hopefully you can include a HUD and a show mucked hands feature. Let me know when you get to a beta stage, I'd love to test it out.

I'd love to have a copy of the software to test and maybe even add some code (I got a computer science degree...lets see if I can make some use of it:-) PM me to let me know if I could get a copy.

Seems like half the stud regulars here have some education in CS. I wonder if that's a conincidence.

I think not, the thinking in poker, and especially stud, is extremely analitical and involves processing lots of data...just like doing cs.
