How do you use Party Points for tournament buyins?

Hi, I seem to have read several people state somewhere that the Party Players Club points can be used to buy into tournaments. Can someone please tell me if this is the case and how it is done? I don't see that option when buying into tournaments or when logging into my account on the web.
Many thanks.

There are only certain tournaments you can use them on

Look under tournaments and find the ones with Free buy-ins called "player's club freeroll"
