KQ, 6 max hand, against LAG

I've got KhQc. Raise it up from the cutoff in a NL 25 6 max game. I've got 21.50. I raise to $1. SB smooth calls. BB calls.

Flop: Qs 6c 5c Pot: $3.

I bet $2.25. Villain raises $4 to $6.25

He's a LAG that calls to the river it seems but has shown down some somewhat weak holdings. I haven't seen this kind of raise before though. Any thoughts for Hero?

I continued on and made the call.

8c on the turn. I hold the Qc in my hand.

Villain bets $5. I have 8 and change back if I call this bet and see a river card. I'll stop here and ask for help.

I push the flop and make a mental note of whatever he shows.

I was utterly shocked to see QQ. I put him on potentially aces the way he played the flop so strongly. Or a semibluff with a flush draw. I ended up calling the turn and calling the river when he pushed. Oh well.
