You both get all your money in the middle on a ragged flop (NL HE). Is your opponent who has JJ an 11-1 dog? And can you expect to lose in this spot once in every 12 times on average?

If he has 11 losses for every 1 win, then you have 1 loss for every 11 wins, so you expect to lose 1 in 12 hands.

Greetings, and I also don't always trust my math. More importantly, I'm often too lazy. I don't know if you're aware of it, but there's a website that has a free poker calculator. In your case, you would just enter Kh Ks on one line and Js Jd on another line and then indicate the cards on the flop (say 2h 6d 8c). You could run the simulation without a flop too. Or you could create any scenario you'd like with more than two hands as well. This would avoid the necessity of asking somebody here this type of question and then having to wait possibly hours. If by "ragged flop" you mean all cards lower than Jack with three different suits and no likely straights, KK will win 90% of the time against JJ. So KK will lose one hand in 10, not 12.
