Of what value is the PLO advice in there? I've heard about most of the other sections but not this one.

It's not great, decent enough for beginners or hold'em players making the switch to PLO, but nothing to be gained by reading it if you're a winning player at the low limits.

rueben's books, especially with ciaffone. pl/nl poker is a great all around resource.

The book has no reread value. I've seen websites that go more in depth.

This is about right, a web trawl will give a few hits of general omaha play.
Reubens books for starters though.
