Is WPT 21+?

Hi I am 198 and have been playing online for a couple months now and was wondering if I should bother wasting my time and money on WPT / PPM sataelites.

my biggest concern is whether I would even be aloud to play if I made it

do you guys know if there;s an age restiction?

If you are 198, then your biggest concern should by dying.

To answer your question, there are some WPT events (such as the one in Aruba) where you can be 18+.

Although if you win you might not be able to use the seat you would qualify for at the WPT Championship.

At that age (198) I'm not sure there is very much that you wouldn't be allowed to do, well, except gain entry to the dance club on teen night. You should be fine for 21+ activities like drinking, gambling, etc. You should have an AARP card too. So, what's the secret to living so long? Is it true after 125years your body functions begin to work again and you no longer have to wear the adult diapers?

Why? 198 is not that heavy, unless he is really short. I wouldn't be that concerned.

And as far as I know, the WPT doesn't have any weight restrictions.

The WPT with weight restrictions would be like the NBA with diploma restrictions....

I think you would have to be 21? Dont they toast you with beer (classy) at the end of the show? They would have to give you O'Douls instead. Nobody needs that embarrasment. Quit poker now.

the drinking age is usually < 21 in places where they have WPT's that are not 21+
