Taking a Screen Shot

How would I go about taking a screen shot of the table I'm currently playing at. I'm on bodog. Im bad with computers so step by step would help. Thanks

Hit the PrtScn key (above the Insert key). Open MSPaint or some other image editing software. Ctrl+V to paste. That is to get a screenshot of everything visible. For a specific window, be sure the window has focus and use Alt+PrtScn.
