If you mean 'get the computer off', then switch it off at mains.

IF you mean the image, right-click and get the link, and post the link (NOT the image plz)

If you mean a screen-shot, then Do a 'rpint screen', paste into 'paint', and crop to suit - then put it on some free hosting site like www.imageshack.us I guess
