Recommend me a USB mouse

The $20 one I bought at Walmart (surprisingly the cheapest one in my area) is loud as hell. CLICK CLICK CLICK CLICK. Please recommend one that is easily portable, inexpensive (<$30) and QUIET.

i bought the gyration mouse/keyboard set a few months back and cant live without this thing now. i highly recommend it.
