You can't just forget the running game when you're talking about Vick. That's just unfair, you can't just take someone's failures and not count the good stuff. 9 carries for 18 yards, what other QB gives you that double threat?

Uh, are you serious? Houston lost by almost 20 points. Vick pulled out a tough win against one of last year's playoff teams. Carr's team got blown out. Vick just gets it done. With only 9 carries he opened up the field so Dunn could pick up 155 yards on 24 carries. No other QB helps the other rushers out so much. Double threat! No one knows how to defend it!

You forgot to mention "improvisation". You can't do it really well without this word.

Also say something like "I think the Falcons can win the Super Bowl even if Vick goes 8-22 with no TDs or whatever" as if it's a compliment. And not mention their defense.

The key point about Vick is what he does for the running game. With all of the bootlegs and rollouts the Falcons do he freezes outside linebackers. Defensive ends and the Linebacker on that side have to stay at home in case Vick comes out with the ball. So basically Dunn or Duckett is running with all of the players in front of them blocked. And all of the cutback lanes they want. This is a pretty good situation for a running back.

The guy is horribly inacurate and will never be a good passer. Matt Shaub runs the offense better. But just because they pass more efficently does not mean they will win more games. This team relies on the run and the run is so effective because of Michael Vick.

So if your looking for fantasy numbers you want Matt Shaub. You want to win games you want Michael Vick.
