KC area card rooms?

Heading out to KC on monday afternoon for work and have heard there are a a couple card-rooms. Any advice on where to go? I wandered through the Harrah's on the way to the airport on my only other trip there, but just a single game of $3-6 going on in the card-room at the time. Not looking for any kind of major stakes game, just curious about suggestions on where to play and what sorts of limits/tourneys the different rooms have going on a regular basis? Looks like my job will have me travelling out there on an every other week basis and looking for a way to kill some time in the evenings and get out of the hotel. This particular trip is monday night-thursday morning which will probably be typical if there's a set tourney schedule anyone could clue me into.

Thanks,

Rob

Ameristar Casino - northeast corner of KC has fairly soft 3-6 games, automatic shufflers, tourneys and whatever. Also spread 10-20 and stud I think. You can drink at the tables. Only complaint I had is the floor people are TERRIBLE at keeping seats filled. You have to get a player's card when you walk in and use this to get your chips at the cashier's cage before you sit down. They have a good barbecue restaurant in the casino and all you can eat crab legs and buffet on Tuesdays.

Also - free NL tourney every Wed. night at Wallaby's in Lenexa. At least there used to be. Drunken fun.

Good eats - Jack Stack's, Gates barbecue, Capital City Grill, Panera Bread.

Oh, also go visit Bonita Flats in Olathe, if you like hands-on dances for $10.

Harrahs is the only place to play N/L. Great games running all day (begining at 10a.m.)
