MP against short stack and aggro

UTG+1 is unexceptional and has $0.32 after his flop bet; MP1 has post-flop aggression of 8.

Preflop: Hero is SB with T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
1 fold, UTG+1 calls, 1 fold, MP1 calls, 4 folds, Hero completes, BB checks.

Flop: (4 SB) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (4 players)
Hero checks, BB checks, UTG+1 bets, MP1 calls, ...

I think this is obvious but I'd like to make sure before moving the discussion to later streets.

preface: This is my first reply since readng SSH for the first time...my head is still spinning, but in a good kind of way...

I would lead out on this flop. We've got MPTK. It's probably best and/or we are on a good draw. This is a vulnerable hand though so I would lead out hoping to narrow the field. UTG+1 is most likely on a short stack spew tilt so I do not fear he has a better hand right now.

I think checking, intending to raise a bet from aggressive MP1, is the standard line. I'm more interested in our course of action once it's bet, call back to us.

I'd raise the flop to knock out BB and get an extra bet out of MP1. You could have the best hand and have a chance to knock out a player.
