How often do they have this tournament, is it only once a week?

What's with the weak turn bet? It's screaming - suck out on me please

Ya. There is a lot of cards you don't like on the river. Any A ,any T, any diamond, any pair on the board. You have the nuts on the turn. Play like it.

What is it? 1/4 pot bet giving odds to anyone chasing.

i'm in. down to 3175 after a 3way allin with 2 smaller stacks. i flopped str8 vs. flushdraw and 2 pair. woulda been in really good shape if it held up, but thankfully this format is awesome, so i still have a chance.

Re: Unofficial Deep stacks thread

They're going to be seeing the river with a flush draw regardless, there are so many hands they can have that I like on the turn and I want to get maximum value out of it. In these tournaments, if they want to see showdown they are going to unless I really make a huge bet.

Also there's a chance they perceive my bet as weakness and raise me, at which point I cram it in.
