Datamining on Empire & Party?

Is it possible to datamine on both these sites at the SAME time without the Party Poker Gestappo raiding my house and killing me? I want to try to do 4 tables on each site, but I don't want my account flagged.

I think he means manually meaning using something like PokerTracker as opposed to PokerEdge or somthing that automatically opens tables for you.
