Re: AQo versus raise

Do you have any information on this player? With a raise that size, it's push/fold in my mind. I'd probably muck here, unless I have more information on this player. With 5 players left to act behind him, I don't think you're going to be seeing AJ/A10 very often. Maybe JJ -> 88..

Like I said, I'd probably muck here. You've gotta make a move pretty soon, but I hate AQo in this situation. Just my 2 cents.

This a read dependent scenario if I can think of one. I'd lean toward folding unless the player has shown himself to be loose.

Without reads...I still think it's a push. He's raising a lot of worse hands from MP1 and you have fold equity. He may fold 88-TT.

HERO only has fold equity if the open raiser is complete donk.

yea..you really have to know something about this guy to push...with at least some read (ie he's an any acer, etc) i might even perform blashemy and CALL here as opposed to pushing and see what happens..(of course im expecting to get it all in on the flop..but IMO this still leaves me a CHANCE to get out of this if for example, another player pushes over the top and is called, etc.

any thoughts?
