Looks like a great deal. If you opt for the 2001FP like I am thinking of doing it comes to $776. If you can get $400 for the computer thats a sub-$300 2001FP. In fact the more I think about this the more likely it is becoming that I do it.

I think the 2405 is more than $200 better than the 2001fp (unless maybe you already have a 2001fp, and want a matching one)
