Can you play Full Tilt freerolls before depositing?

I've never played a freeroll or any other site but Party, so I don't know much. Can I play the jersey freerolls without depositing?

I'm new there and haven't even deposited yet...but it looks like their 'free'rolls all cost player-points (50FTP's or 300FTP's or whatever).

How would one be able to play in these tourneys without opening an acct (since I assume you need to open an account to accumulate the points in the first place)??
Or are there other freerolls on there that I didn't see?
