GameTime+ includes the UB history grabber as one of its features. You can download it from:

http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/g...6.exe?download

If you want just the UB history grabber, you can get UltimateHistory, but that doesn't include the new history prefetch feature. You can get it from:

What is the prefetch feature? I would I need that to datamine UB?
