Heads up and Position
 

I recently read in Harrington on Hold em volume one that position is so important that if a player of mediocre skill played a world class player heads up but the mediocre player had position every hand the world class player would lose money in the long run!

Now it's obvious that position is extremely important before the flop and after the flop, however when it's after the flop AND heads up, 2 out of three times no ones got anything and the first to bet is usually the one to win so if the player with worst position bet every flop 2 out of 3 times the later position player would have to fold.
Antonio Efandiari said himself that 2 out of 3 times nobodys got anything and heads up the player first to act has a bluffing advantage... My question is this; that bluffing advantage for the player in early position takes all the bluffs away from the later position player and seems extremely powerful... it seems to win more CHIPS from my point of view than acting last in heads up with... So how would the player with better position beat an extremely aggressive player with worst position but got to steal lots of pots? What would be the difference if the blinds were big to if they were medium to small and specifically what would the later position player have to do to defend from this strategy at the end of a No Limit SNG when the blinds are really big?

This "bluffing advantage" is negated by the rather obvious fact that not only is betting with nothing allowed, but raising with nothing is also allowed.

or calling with nothing with the plan of taking the pot away if villain checks with less of a risk then a flop raise.

and if this pattern goes on, and player 1 acting first adjusts, he will now have to fire 2 barrels everytime he wants to bluff the small pot on the flop.

which as you can see, makes him have to expend alot of money in order to win relatively small amount.
