If I was dealt only 1 hole card, and it was an A, I still push.

Yeah, I think this is a must. Folded to you with A8 with enough chips to threaten the BB (er...you're matched)

1) He folds a lot
2) You're ahead of a number of hands that are in his calling range
3) With the pressure from the blinds and the fact that you're fighting three other guys to avoid being 4th I think this is a must.

I too take this handicap; i.e. I play if your hole cards are an ace and one of those playing cards that has the rules for Texas Hold em printed on it.

Really? This is an "any 2" spot? Hmm, I have a long way to go on my bubble play.

Well thats my opinion..althogh its not an absolute true in the 11s, I still think people will fold enough. However A8 is a MUST push.

i don't think this is an any two spot. against a normal/passive opponent i'll complete my bad hands and bet any flop.

I don't think I could ever just complete a blind on the bubble, and anyone who does it to me, generally finds themselves being pushed over the top.

Yes, very standard. Folding would be horrible.

Re: More bubble play (Party $11)

Instant push.

Depending on the looseness of the BB, I'd push any two. (Against loose BBs or if I'd been pushing alot, I'd fold the bottom 20% of hands here.)

Folding A8 would be horrendous here against any opponent, no matter their calling standards.
