Problem funding my new party account
 

ok, so I made a new party account using my sister's name. I intend to fund this account through IGM Pay with a joint bank account that's under both our names, so I sent IGM all the info and they made the 2 small deposits for verification.

Now, when I went to verify/deposit money into the new party account, the option to for IGM Pay is missing in the deposit screen. Also, the Firepay option is unavailable too [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]

I'm wondering if they linked this new account with my old one since the joint bank account has my name on it.

Did anyone have this problem before? I'm going to call party and see what's up, but I would appreciate any advice beforehand [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
