Fold pre-flop, though you could safely call here with a strong read on Villain (which it doesn't sound like you had).

Flop is good. Turn is good. River is even good I think.

I would have put this guy on 44 long before I put him on QQ. What a bad turn play on his part.

I'd virtually never fold QT in the bb from a CO raise.

I would have folded preflop. Moving on:

'I put him on an Over-pair on the flop' me too, somewhat.

'If he had a set of 10s, he probably would have
waited until the Turn to raise me.' prob.

'When he checked behind on the Turn, it seemed to me
to scream AK' yep.

but where was your final thought! When he raised the river that screams 'never AK'. So that leaves QQ.

Call.

Would it be wrong to just call the raise on the river instead of 3betting it? Almost everyone who raises on the river has a hand which he think is at least 98% sure to win the showdown. I hate having to fold two-pair on the river. I want to at least see what he has so next time I can figure out what he's doing. If you make it 3bet and he caps I don't see any hand you can beat here unless he has a QT too.
