Does Pokerstars have any type of sign-up or new account bonus? What is the run down on their reloads?

everyone gets the same reload offers when they are announced. generally 20-25% up to $120-150, based on a $600 max deposit.

No direct sign-up bonus, but if you look around you can get a free poker book for signing up through an affiliate.
