Downloading torrents

How do you do it? I've used kazaa before, but I don't want to download all their spyware onto my computer with it. I've heard of torrents, but I haven't been able to figure them out. Can anyone help?

Use shareaza to download torrents. You can have it load any torrent file, and it will pretty much take care of the rest.

I prefer Azereus for torrents. Install it, open torrent, and it will download.
