Are the low limit HU games on UB beatable?

The ub 3/6 hu game rakes .25/$10 and caps at .50. I figure this averages out to something like each player paying 3BB/100 in rake. Sound about right? If so, is anyone really beatable for that much, or are these games suicide in the long run?
