Sure, it's painful to be checkraised. But you can not give a free card on this coordinated board 4-handed when you are likely to have the best hand. Why would you?

you have to bet. getting checkraised sucks. losing to a hand like 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] on the river when he would have folded sucks waaay worse.
