LOL. If I understand this correctly, they are condoms with lotion in them to desensitize your penis so you can last longer. Dude, just jerk off a lot and eventually you'll be able to last a good 30 minutes. Worked for me.

regular condoms do more than a good enough job of making it take forever to get off, for me at least.
