Party Software Gliche (unreal)

I re-raised (3 bet) preflop on a 15/30$ limit holdem full ring game with AKd in position. I managed to get it to heads-up and the flop is kc 5d 2h, buddy checks I (gliche) automatically check with no option boxes to bet or raise etc... same as the turn which brings another "k" and the river a "T" I am the clear winner here and in the river buddy bets while I have trips top kicker and Party Poker automatically folds me giving buddy a free 142$ pot.

I emailed Party with the details and hand number etc, demanding my money back plus 20 000 party points or a huge deposit bonus, waiting for a reply still. Has anyone ever had this type of trouble and what was the outcome?

Kinja,

Are you positive you didn't accidentaly click the "fold to any bet" box, which is located off to the side of the regular action buttons.

Sounds like you were somehow "away". There might have been some kind of connection trouble causing this. I really don't think you should expect much from them.

the "fold to any bet" box is at the very left hand side of the screen above "auto-post blinds". When you click it no other option boxes appear on your turn and you automatically check, or fold if it has been bet. It really looks like that's what happened here.

I assume you were smart enough to take a screenshot of this, thus to prove it was not your error?

has anyone ever taken screenshots of disputed problems, sent it in to the poker site in question and received a refund? just curious.

This has been discussed here several times. I doubt that it is the "fold to any bet" box in all these cases. I know it wasn't the two or three times it happened to me.

Party's response is to turn off graphics optimization, or something like that.

Here's a couple of threads, there have been more, but they're difficult to search for:
