Thats a terrible structure.
Less chips for rebuy with same $ amount. Blinds DOUBLE and they have antes? Remind me to stay away from there.

Reshuffle the muck, redeal the flop. A terrible solution, but probably the least terrible. Nothing is going to make everyone happy in this situation. The floor has to make the call and take the heat (reapplying some if it to the wayward dealer later).

I agree 100%, there is no other solution than a swift kick in the marbles...
