Wow. I just got hammered, had a 200 BB downswing in just over an hour playing nearly perfect poker. The final hand I just played, my donk opponent ended up flopping quads to beat my full house.

5.Did you notice you're opponent was actually correct to CAP the turn? He had twelve outs. If you can't do this simple math you shouldn't play.
