According to hand history I have played 500 total hands 3 hours ago , but I don't know if I got the bonus or not. I've received no information at all. And the account history is some weird numbers which doesn't make sense at all.

How do you guys know the bonus is added?

Call (don't email) customer support and ask.

Keep better records next time (do you use Pokertracker?)

You should receive an email stating you have been credited with the bonus (it may take a day). I haven't played there the last couple of months but I assume they still do that. Remember it is RAKED hands and their hand counting is not always that accurate.

Edit: is it 500 played or 500 raked? If it's 500 played I guess it's not so bad.

I am not going to argue with you, but I did this late last month, when they SAID it was 500 raked and I got the bonus after 500 dealt.

I did this 4 days ago and it took me 500 Played hands, NOT raked.
