You are probably better than 60% of the posters here whose approval you seek. Especially the ones who have thousands of posts who have nothing constuctive to say.

First of all Good Job.
This is at Party right? One thing I just figured out is that I only play at Stars which are 9 seat STT while Parties are 10 person. So average ITM % at Stars is 33% while at Party it only 30%
In Summary, If I only play at Stars my ITM numbers need to be better then what I see people post here.

This is correct. If we assume a uniform distribution of 1st, 2nd and 3rd when you finish in the money, you need to finish ITM 11/30 of the time to break even. This is basically a 36.7% ITM. By contrast, in the Party structure, you need to finish ITM 33% of the time to break even, assuming a uniform finish distribution once again. (The numbers get skewed at higher buyins where the rake is no longer 10% of the buyin, but that's a pretty minor adjustment.)
