I don't see anything wrong about it.

Leading the turn would have saved you a bet when you were behind, but it would have cost you one when you're ahead. And I think you're usually ahead here.

The basic point is that you crammed chips into the pot when it was highly likely you were ahead, and when he indicated you might not be, you backed off. I think folding at any point in this line would have been a terrible mistake.

Grunch.

The CO sure is playing like trips. He could have CC'd with 44 or 22 I suppose.

Anyway, I three-bet the flop. I will assume a cap.

Turn, if it was capped I Bet/Call. If he didn't cap the flop, I bet 3-bet. The way you played it, I still bet the turn and call a raise. I'd be quite disappointed if it got checked through and he ends up with the worse hand.

As you played it, good river.

3-bet that flop every time.

Looks good to me. CO didnt show aggression preflop so your play looks great.

Re: AKs played wrong?

I prefer 3betting flops when the board has a potential draw. I don't want to take the chance of the turn checking through. In this hand I'd 3bet the flop, call his eventual cap, and believe he has me beat at that point. Then the turn brings that evil K and I am compelled to checkraise him and call down after he 3bets me.
