How many limit poker players?

I am not really sure the best way to estimate these numbers and I am not sure if anyone else will have better insight but:

What do you think the worldwide player pool is for the following limits? Also, of that group, how many are beating that limit on a regular basis?

It is kind of tricky because player pools can overlap. For example, I play anywhere from 30-60 to 100-200. So the sum of all these player pools may be greater than the total amount of limit poker players total.

4000-8000
2000-4000
1000-2000
400-800
200-400
100-200
50-100
30-60
15-30
10-20
5-10
3-6
1-2

i dunno but it seems likely to me its a quandrant 1 hyperbole. very very very high numbers in teh 1-2 pool. relatively nobody in the 4k/8k.

in terms of cutoff points in think there are gradually fewer and fewer players but still many until yyou get to 50/100 and up.

100/200 is another CO with 200/400 being a severe drop.

I wonder this myself. I think it is an interesting question.

I have no clue as to the answer.
